Minute 2- t-spine stretch over med ball 45 sec

Minute 3 – FLR in rings with feet on a box 45 seconds
Front Squats:

80% x 5

85% x 4

90% x 3

95% x 2

95%+ x 1

10 dumbell GTO 35/25

50M backwards sled drag 135/90
