All classes:
August 6
A. Indian Run with 20# med ball

B. 8 rounds of:
3 burpees
5 squats
7 jump squats 40 m sled RUN 90/70/45

P1 goes while P2, P3, P4 rest. Then P2 goes ect.
Wait in the back of the line until it’s your turn again. You should have about 2:30 min of rest.
