E3MOM for 9 minutes (3 rounds):8-10 HEAVY RDLs and AMRAP Bar Push Ups ( feet on a box and hands on a low racked barbell so that you are parallel to the floor) 

CrossFit Double Under Diane

21-15-9 Deadlifts 185/155 

HSPU 

80 Double Unders between each set and ending with double unders.
