P1 Runs 200m

P2 Squat Cleans 135/95 95/65 75/55

Switch when P2 get back from the run

Then,

P1 Runs 200m

P2 Shoulder to Overhead 

Switch when P2 get back from the run
Share a bar if you can. Use the same weight through all exercise. There is no rest.
