1 Set: False Grip Pull-Up Hang- 10 to 30 seconds • 4 Sets: 3 False Grip Pull Ups (Slow, palms facing away from you) 

• 5 Sets: 5 Ring Dips (pause at top between reps) 

• 5 Sets: 5 sets of 3 baby MU.

50 thrusters 95/65 

30 HSPU
Everytime you break in thrusters do 5 burpees over the bar.


Everytime you break in HSPU do 15 AB mat sit ups.
