Wednesday Workout of the Day

Fitness:
8-10 RDL @31X1 rest 45 seconds
10 strict push ups ( no thighs touching floor) rest 45 seconds
10 GHD sit ups rest 45 seconds
10 – 12 DB bicep curls rest 45 sec X 4

Sport: work up to a heavy power snatch in 8 minutes.
Then
20 power snatches at 75% of that PS for time.
