Wednesday Workout of the Day

EMOM 12 minutes Minute 1 1 strict MU plus 2 kipping MU 

Minute 2 4-6 strict HSPU 

Minute 3 1-3 forward rolls to standing 
In teams of two with one partner working at a time complete the following:

1000m row 

100 KBS 53/35 

200 squats 

100 burpees 

800m run. 
One person works at a time. Split all work anyway but each team member must complete part of each exercise.Complete all reps of one exercise before moving to the next. Post team time to board.
