In 10 minutes find a 1RM strict press. 
Then Strict Press 3 x 5 @80-85% of 1 RM, rest 90 seconds between sets

1 RFT:

50 cal row 

40 wall balls 20/14 

30 dumbell snatches 70/50 

20 strict HSPU 

10 PC 185/125
