Wednesday Workout of the Day

EMOM 9 Min:

1. 1 strict mu + 3 kipping mu OR 1 strict CTB pull up + 3 kipping CTB pull ups

2. 15m HS Walk (or HS hold or 20 wall runs)

3. Weighted Pistols 8-10 reps (use a box to sub)

Every 90s X 5 sets:

OHS X 3 reps add weight each set/share a bar if needed.

+

5 sets:

3 min AMRAP
5 KB snatches R/L
5 burpee box jumps
5 toes to bar
Rest 2 minutes
