“Tabata Mash Up”

8 Rounds for each 4 min Tabata mash up: 20 seconds work/ 10 sec to transition between movements.

1. Battle Ropes/No PUB Burpees (do 20 secs BR then rest 10 sec then 20 Sec No Pub Burpees X 8 for 4 min)
2. Airdyne/Bent Over DB Rows 35/25 per hand
3. Double Unders/TTB
4. Rowing/Burpees over Erg

Rest 2 min between Tabatas to set up for the next round. Record total reps.IMG_3823
