Wednesday Workout of the Day

In teams of three, conga line style complete the following
750m row
25 foot handstand walk or collect 1 min in a handstand hold
50 sit ups
25 back extensions
x2.
As soon as team member 1 gets off the rower team member 2 starts.
Keep moving through all 4 excercises 2 times and when the last team member completes the last 25 back extensions yell time.
