Wednesday Workout of the Day

A. Deadlift 1 x 5 adding 5 pounds to last time. Use warm up poster on the wall.
B. Tabata: 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest x 8. Perform 8 rounds of each exercise before moving to the next.
Push ups
Sit ups
Double Unders
Pull ups
