With a Partner AMRAP 25 minutes of:
20 cal row
20 cal AD
20 wall balls 20/14
20 mountain climbers per leg (total 40)
ONE person works at a time.

As a team collect 5 min in weighted planks with 25/15 plates on your backs.1 person planks at a time. When you come out of your plank you must switch.

SWEATFIT: Rest 3 min between sets
EMOM 8:
Odd: 25 DU + 10 Wall Balls
Even: 12 CTB Pull Ups

EMOM 8:
Odd: 10 Ball Slams + 10 KBS 53/35
Even: 12 TTB

EMOM 8:
Odd: Row 12-15 Cal
Even: 8-10 Dips
