Deadlift Every 3 minutes for 4 rounds ( 12 minutes) 4-6 reps working up to 80-85% 1RM 
AMRAP 15 minutes: 

10 SA OH KB lunges 53/35 ( alternate R\L each round) 

10 hang power cleans 115/75 (adv 135/95)

10 push press 115/75 (adv 135/95)
SweatFit: 6AM, 12pm, 4:30PM

5 Min AMRAP:

200m run buy in; then AMRAP remaining time: 

10 Wall Balls + 20 Double Unders 
Rest 3 Min 
5 Min AMRAP: 

250m Row; then AMRAP remaining time: 

10 KBSDLHP +10 Burpees

5 min AMRAP: 

10 Cal Bike; then AMRAP remaining time: 

5 DB GTO/arm + 10 Waiters Lunge (5/arm)
