Partner WOD
In teams of 2:

Buy in 400M run together

100 Power Cleans 135/95 (beginners do HPC)
100 Double Unders
100 Wall Balls 20/14
100 NOPUBBJ (Beginners use a low box or a 45# bumber to jump on)

Every 5 minutes on the clock everyone stops to do 5 burpees.

Record time to the board.

5 Min Rounds- 1 Min to Rest and Transition to next station:

1. Renegade Rows
2. Burpee Pull Ups (Beginners Burpee + Ring Row)
3. KBDL (advanced use 2 KB)
4. Abmat Wall Balls
5. Cal Row
6. Walking Goblet Lunges w/ KB

Partner 1 begins the exercise while partner two completes 100m Run. Switch after partner 2 completes the run. Beginners run 50m. (half the parking lot and back)
