A2. Push Ups on Bumper Plates @3011 X 15-20 X 3 sets (add a clap if you’re feeling frisky)

8 Ring dips
10 Box jumps, 24″ box
95/65 pound barbell Overhead walking lunge, 12 steps Intermediate 75/53  Beginners DB lunges
