  Shoulder Press
5 X 40%
5 X 50%
5 X 60%
5 X 70%
3 X 80%
AMRAP 90%

EMOM 8 minutes
1 clean plus 1 hang clean at 70-75%% of 1RM. Practice technique.

Then 10 minute AMRAP 10 burpee box overs 10 pull ups 20 double unders
