3 rounds not for time but with in 10 minutes complete:15 GHD sit ups (beginners do wtd sit ups)

5 dips

10 (total)barbell lunges 95/65 
Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes (5 rounds)

1 snatch grip push press + 3 OHS
then
5 RFT of:

5 deadlift 275/185
