B. EMOM 20 Min:
1. 1-2 Rope Climbs
2. 10 Cal AD or Row
3. 10-15 Box Jumps 24/20
4. 10-15 Wall Balls

Beginners 10 Reps, Intermediate and Advanced do 15. Advanced do 2 rope climbs.
