5 @ 60%

5 @ 70%

AMRAP @ 80%

30 OHS 120/90

Our Whole Life Challenge PreGame kick off is this Saturday at 9:00AM. The WOD is Christine: 3 RFT: 500m Row, 21 Box Jumps and 12 BW Deadlifts. Stick around after the WOD to enjoy some non compliant snacks and coffee. Participants and non participants alike, be prepared to get measured and have your photo taken prior to the workout.
