A. Hang power clean x 2 (heavy with good form)
+
Every 3 min for 3 rounds:
B. amrap strict dips or AMRAP hold Dip in support position or AMRAP Dips on a box
+
10 rounds for time:
5 kb swings 70/53 53/35 35/25
5 hr pushups
