1 Bar Muscle Up (Scale TTB or Anchored TTB)
2 Thrusters 95/65 (Scale use dumbbells)
2 Bar Muscle Ups
4 Thrusters
Add 1 muscle up per round, Increase the thrusters in multiples of two per round.

Rest 4 Min.

7 Min AMRAP:
2 OHS 95/65 (Scale Waiters Lunges)
2 Burpees
4 OHS
4 Burpees
Increase the reps in multiples of two per round.

Rest 4 Min

7 Min AMRAP:

2 Hang Power Cleans 95/65 (Scale DB HPC)
10 Double Unders (2 to 1 Single to Double Under)
4 HPC
20 Double Unders
6 HPC
30 Double Unders
Increase the HPC in multiples of two per round. Increase the double unders by 10 reps each round.
