CrossFit:

Find a 1RM push press in 12 minutes.
Then, With a partner:
EMOM until you reach 300 calories.
Minute 1 Partner 1 Row for calories Partner 2 does 3 stone cleans
Minute 2 switch places and P2 rows while P1 does 3 stone cleans.
Minute 3 Partner 1 Row for calories Partner 2 5 push press 135/95
Minute 4 switch places and P2 rows while P1 does 5 push presses.
Continue this 4 minute EMOM until you reach 300 calories together.
Rest 5 minutes

With a partner Alternate sled pull 100m at a time for 16 minutes 135/95. Record total meters pulled.

Station 2: 10 Goblet Squat + 10 Figure 8 Squats + 10 1 Arm KB Swing
Station 3: Ultimate Burpee Shuttle
Station 4: 10 Reverse Crunches + 10 Flutters + 10 Sit Ups + 10 Plank w/ Forward Reach

Players or Teams switch movements when the team at Station 1 finishes.
