Each Circuit is: 4 Min; 30 Sec: (1 min work; 30 sec rest)

2. KBS
3. Mountain Climber

Rest 1 Min:

1. Battle Rope
2. Renegade rows w/ DB
3. Reverse Lunge + Step Up w/ DB

Rest 1 Min:

1. Jump Rope skips or Double Unders
2. Tire Flip
3. Push ups on Tire; Beginners have hands on tire; Advanced have feet on tire
