A. EMOM for 10 minutes 1 Power Snatch 135/95 

Plus 

“Nate” 

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of: 2 Muscle-ups 4 Handstand Push-ups 8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings Post rounds completed to comments. Sub 3 pull ups and 3 dips for Muscle Ups. Sub 8 HSPU on a blue box or L-seated press with Heavy Dumbells for HSPU.
