Squat cleans 3 reps (not TNG) every 2 minutes for 10 minutes.

20 front rack barbell lunges
10 Strict Pull Ups (Use a friend for Assisted Pull Ups

1 Rope Climb; rest 1 min
L hang ALAP; rest 1 min (hang from the pull up bar with your legs extended straight out)
Dip Support Hold 20 Sec
