A. Front Squat work up to a heavy-ish set of 5 in 12 minutes.

B. Wtd Pull Ups 5-4-3-2-1 rest 1 minute bewteen sets.
C. 5 RFT: 1 rope climb, 5 HSPU, 50m FC 70/53, 20 sit ups x 5
