  1. Great WOD. All totally doable from CFNF…Crossfit North Falmouth. Got a bar, some weighs, jump rope and KB…. Going to try and make it work while away this summer. Re-entry last Aug was way too painful. Miss you all. Thinking of Murph… Go kick some Master’s ASS in Cali!!
