In teams of two, with only one person working at a time, complete the following for time:
Row 800 Meters (as relay, switch every 200m)
50 Strict Pull-Ups (if no strict pull up, have partner assist)
100 KBS 53/35
150 Alternating Reverse Lunges with a Kettlebell in Goblet Hold (24/16 kg)
100 KBS
50 Strict Pull-Ups
Row 800 Meters (as relay, switch every 200m)
