For Time:
Start at 1 of 10 cones that are spread 15 feet apart down the lot and around the corner to the cul de sac.
Farmers Carry 70/53 from starting point to first cone and leave your weights at the 1st cone. Run back to the start and do 3 push ups. Go back to cone 1 and dead lift your kettle bells and farmers carry to cone 2. Run back to start and do 6 push ups. Continue adding 3 push ups each round until you get to the last cone then farmers carry your weights back to the start and do 100 sit ups.
