Saturday Workout of the Day

1 mile Indian Run 14# wall ball( All memebrs run in a straight line at a slow pace. The first person in line passes the wall ball back to the second, and everyone keeps passing the ball back until it gets to the last person who sets it down, does 5 jumping jacks while the line continues to run,then picks it up and sprints to the front to start passing the ball back again. Conintue this for 1 mile.This is slow run!

30 sec sit ups/30 sec plank hold on elbows x 5. Record number of sit ups
