Saturday workout of the Day

In Teams of 4
AMRAP in 20 minutes
300m Run (Cul De Sac)
Slam Ball (Reps)
Squats (Reps)
KB Get Ups (Reps) 53/35

Each team member will start in 1 of 4 stations. Team member A will return from the run and take over on the slam ball. The team member on the slam ball will move to Squats and squats will move to the Kettlebell Getups. Kettlebell Get ups will take off on the Run and the rotation will continue for the duration of the 20 minutes. Your score is the total number of reps from all 3 movements. Courtesy of CrossFit Victorious. (If there is a leftover team of 2 then two stations will always be empty and we will double their score. If there is only a team of three then 1 station will always be empty and we will add the score of one of the team members twice. These people can use the run time of another team when they do not have a member running.)
