Saturday Workout of the Day

“CrossFit Hold ‘Em”

Team WOD:
Break in to groups of 3 or more. Select your team captain. Only the captain turns the card. Each member in the team must complete all the cards. Each team member must complete the assigned movement before the captain flips the next card.

Hearts: 10 M shuttle run in the parking lot
Diamonds: Burpees
Spades: DB Push Press (teams must share 2 sets of DB’s)
Clubs: Goblet Squats 70/53 (teams must share 2 KB’s)

Jacks= 11 reps
Queens= 12 reps
Kings= 13 reps
Aces= 14 reps
Joker: Block run 🙂
