With a team of 4:
Run 400M
burpee pull up
wall walk
box over
1 partner runs and the other 3 score reps at 1 of the stations until the runner gets back. Then rotate. No one can rotate until the runner gets back. Every one should run 1 time.Record number of reps to the board.

4 person team relay: Row 2K AFAP Every 500m rotate teammates and the whole team does 10 burpees together before the next partner starts. Record time to board. ”
Bootcamp:

2 min at each station with a partner, switch exercises at the 1 min mark. Meet in the middle for core work, then back to the same stations for 1 min, 30 sec per station.
