15:00-20:00 50 OH lunges with a plate + 15 bumper groud to overhead
20:00-25:00 20 tire flips plus 20 decline push ups with feet on tire
25:00 – 30:00 15 sit ups(beginners do 10) + 30 sec plank hold (elbows and toes) x 5
