Saturday Workout of the Day

In teams of 3 complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:
400m run 1 time,
then rotate through
9 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
9 GTO (95/65lbs)
9 Ring Dips.
Rotate when all team members have finished their 9 reps. Add a band to rings for dips.
