300 DU ( switch every 25, beginners do singles) 

800m run ( 10 X 100m sprints, switch each 100m) 

100 KBS, switch every 10 reps70/53 

40 clean and jerks 135/95 switch every 5 reps 

30 CTB pull ups switch every 5.
