8:00AM: Bootcamp

On a continuous clock with a partner share 10 rounds:

100m Row

10 KBS 

100m Row

10 Burpees (Beginners No Push Up)
+
With a partner share 10 rounds:

10 Wall Balls (Beginners 10 Air Squats)

25 Double Unders (Beginners Jump Rope skips)

10 Sit Ups

25 Double Unders
1 Person works at a time, switch after each round is complete.

9:00AM Crossfit Class:

Perform 75 thrusters 75/55 for time

At the top of each minute stop and do 5 burpees.
