In teams of two, with only one partner working at a time*, complete:

100 Kettlebell Swings 70/53
400 Meter Run
100 Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead 35/25
400 Meter Run
100 Goblet Squats 70/53
400 Meter Run
100 Burpees
400m Meter Run

8AM Bootcamp:
KBS: 35/25
DB STO: 20/10
Goblet Squat: 25/15
Burpees: No Push Up for beginners

*Teammates will perform the 400 Meter Runs together and must stay within arms reach
