Saturday Workout of the Day

In teams of 4:
“CrossFit Hold Em'”
All four teammates must complete each card together before flipping and moving to the next card. All four team members must complete all reps. Teammates must share 1 box, up to 2 med balls, and up to two KBS (one mens weight and one ladies weight)

Hearts = Box Jump Overs
Diamonds = KBS 70/53
Clubs = Pull Ups
Spades = Wall Balls 20/14

Jacks = 11 reps
Queens = 12 reps
Kings = 13 reps
Aces = 14 reps
Joker= Team run with medicine balls – cup de sac

The winning team receives bragging rights.
