EMOM 12 minutes: 
Minute 1 8 Single Arm Rows 70/53
Minute 2 20 wall runs 

Minute 3 10 V ups 
Then 0:00-5:00 500m run plus 10 burpees 

5:00-10:00 200m FC 70/53 per hand 10:00-15:00 1000m row 

15:00-20:00 30 strict pull ups 

20:00-25:00 20 tire flips plus jump in and out each time 

25:00 – 30:00 800m run 
Start in different places if need be.
