Saturday Workout of the Day

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
15 Chest to bar pull-ups
30 second Ring L-sit hold

Intermediate:
Pull Ups
L sits

Beginners:
Ring Pull Ups
Plank Hold

Grab a partner. While partner 1 completes the 15 CTBs partner 2 holds a 30 second L sit. Post rounds completed to comments.  Please make arrangements with an L1 Coach if you would like to be judged today.
