2a) 10 Pushups
2b) 10 Pullups
Beginners: 5 Rounds
So the deal is: person (1) needs to complete 10 thrusters, then they switch with the person (2) doing the alternate movement. Person (2) will alternate every other round with either pushups (a) or pullups (b). Both partners have to finish their individual 100 thrusters.
