Bracketology WOD 5
On a 4 minute clock:
Block Run and then AMRAP Pull ups in remainder of the time.
Rest 2 min
On a 5 minute clock Run 400 Meters
AMRAP Burpess in remainder of time
Rest 2 min
On a 6 min clock
Run 800 M AMRAP Box Jumps in remainder of time.

ADD REPS OF PULLUPS, BURPEES and BOX JUMPS FOR TOTAL SCORE (IF subbing Rowing Row 350m, 500m and 900M)
