A. Wtd dip @30X1 4-6 reps
+
EMOM for 12 min
odd – 15 ub double unders + 5 push press
even – 5 hang power cleans tough
+
p1-p5
p1 – sled push 20 sec max effort
p2-p5 – rests
rotate thru 6 times
