+
EMOM for 12 min
odd – 12 ub double unders + 8 hspu
even – 12 deadlifts 135#/95#
+
p1-p5
p1 – sled push 20 sec max effort (weather permitting if not then 20 sec AD sprint)
p2-p5 – rests
rotate thru 5 times
