The CrossFit Open is upon us!! Workout 13.1 will be announced this Wednesday, March 6th. Every Wednesday, from March 6 to April 3, an Open workout is posted. Everyone then has until that Sunday to complete the workout. Athletes have the choice of competing at a participating CrossFit affiliate, or submit a videotape of their performance to the Games website. The Open will consist of five workouts over five weeks. CrossFit North Fulton is a registered participating Affiliate. Please make sure a level 1 certified judge is available during the time in which you would like to compete. Give the workout 110%. Give it your all as we don’t recommend doing it more than once. Good luck and SIGN UP if you haven’t already. Even if you have no desire to compete, see where you rank!
