5 Barbell Complex 95/65 (1 Complex=1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Bar Overhead + 1 Back Squat + 1 Bar Overhead + 1 Bar Back to Floor)
10 Pull Ups
Every time you fraction the complex pay 5 burpees. Please do not drop the barbell from above your head. Guide it past your waist then release the bar. CFNF is experiencing too many accidents that look like holes in the walls. Thank you!
