AMRAP 10 minutes at 85%, Rest 3 minutes between sessions. 1. 1 rope climb 

3 wall walks

20 walking lunges 
2. 2 ring MU or 5 ring dips 

6 box jumps 

10 V-ups 
3. 2 bar MU or 5 CTB pull ups

10 pistols 5/leg 

1 bear crawl or 25′ handstand walk
