In teams of two compete as many rounds as possible of:

Run 400m

15/10 ring dips

20 wall balls
Partners will alternate tasks. Example P1 Runs 400M, P2 does the 15 ring dips while P1 rests, then P1 does 20 wall balls wahile P2 rests, then P2 Runs 400M. ONE person works at a time.

  
Will you help us pack the track?  We hope you can come to Roswell High School this Saturday for Relay For Life. The event kicks off at 4pm and ends at midnight. Our goal is to have someone on the track at all times. We hope to see you!
